Divide a 7-by-11 rectangle into three equal horizontal fields. Because seven is not divisible by three, production artwork should preserve the equal-band relationship mathematically rather than rounding each band independently to whole output pixels.
Historical record
The first blue-black-white flag was consecrated in Otepää in 1884 for the Estonian Students Society. The colors developed into national colors, and the Provisional Government approved them as the state flag on 21 November 1918. The flag returned publicly during the restoration of independence and the 2005 act unified its national and state roles.
