Specification
The Cabinet Division identifies the adopting instrument as the Constituent Assembly’s resolution of 11 August 1947, under the designation “National Flag of the Federation of Pakistan.” [1] The embassy’s specification describes dark green and white, a central crescent in the green portion, and a five-pointed heraldic star. Construction notes
Let H be the hoist. On the green panel’s diagonal from upper fly to lower hoist, place A at the panel center and B at distance 13H/20 from the upper fly corner. The crescent is the part of the circle centered at A, radius 3H/10, outside the circle centered at B, radius 11H/40. The star’s outer circle has radius H/10; one tip lies on that diagonal where the outer crescent circle meets it toward the upper fly. [4]
The inspected SVG uses viewBox −75 −40 120 80. Its white band is 30 units wide and green panel 90 units wide. The outer circle is centered at (0, 0), radius 24; the cutout radius is 22. Its rotation places the cutout center 52 units from the upper fly corner. The star’s outer radius is approximately 8 units, its center 16 units along the diagonal from (0, 0). Transform angles and polygon coordinates are rounded digital constructions, not manufacturing tolerances. [5]

Symbolism and attribution
The Ankara embassy credits Syed Amir-uddin Kedwaii. It associates green with the Muslim majority, the white band with religious minorities, the crescent with progress, and the star with light and knowledge. These are official explanatory interpretations, separate from construction requirements. [3]
Usage
The embassy describes national-day display, attachment at the white band, and equal height alongside other national flags. Its published size list includes table and ceremonial dimensions that do not all reduce to 2:3; they are not used to redefine this specimen’s ratio.
